We’re currently offering two types of appointments- mobile and drop off. Our mobile service covers the Wasatch Front from Bountiful to Spanish Fork.CLICK HERE to see a map. Other areas may be available upon request. Our drop off location is in Eagle Mountain.

Yes! Appointments are required for all services. We’ve made it very simple and quick to make an appointment- just click the Schedule an Appointment button for our easy, online scheduling system.

The love that each car needs is all dependent on the size, type, and condition of the car. When you‘re booking an appointment, our system will provide you with an estimated time based on the services you’re scheduling and the size of your vehicles. The times are designed to be an estimate only.

Yes. We do require the owner or their significant other to be present for the duration of the detail. If you’re personally unable to inspect the vehicle after our work is complete and find any things you’d like touched up, we may charge an additional fee to come back.

The simplest way to explain it is to picture that you’re sitting in your vehicle with the doors closed. All the areas you see are considered the interior. The exterior would be anything outside the car.

We are a detail company. We’ll do an amazing job at deep cleaning and shining your vehicle. If your car has been maintained and cleaned regularly, it makes your results that much better. If your car hasn’t been regularly maintained, we may have to charge you extra to go to an aggressive cleaning to get any extra dirt or stains. We can’t undo scuff marks, scratches, old stains, baked in dirt, or other permanent issues.

We do our best to keep our prices the lowest we can. Due to the rising gas prices we need to charge a small gas surcharge on all our mobile appointments. Please feel free contact our office for more details.

Please have your car on the driveway ready to go with all of your belongings emptied out. To avoid extra charges, clean any garbage out of cupholders, off the floor, etc. When the detailer’s on the way, they’ll text to let you know their ETA. Once they arrive, they’ll pre-inspect the car, review the charges, and get to work. If needed, they’ll connect to your hose bib for water. Once the work is complete, they’ll ask you to inspect your vehicle. If you notice any details you’d like touched up, let your detailer know and they’ll take care of it if it’s something they can help with.

I wish we could say no. When we quote a vehicle package, we are basing that on an average dirty car. When cars need extra love, this does take extra time to get the final results that your car deserves. We are very fair and honest with this. Our detailers are trained to identify any additional work required to get the final results. If any additional work is required, we’ll let you know before you begin. If you’re wondering what those might be, check out the add-ons listed on our various packages.

Yes, we are able to remove pet hair. We have tried many different tools and have found a technique that works well to remove as much hair as possible. Pet hair removal is very time consuming. Please be sure to add this item on when you schedule so we can have time set aside for you

When cars come in that haven’t been well maintained, it takes more effort to get them cleaned. We have been asked to just do what the package includes but we’ve found that by doing this we can’t get the results that will make the customer happy. Aggressive detailing allows us to have more time to pull out additional equipment to do the job right the first time.

When we develop our packages we do our best to balance the services and the prices we charge. Some of the items excluded in our packages are seat belts, belt buckles, cleaning inside compartments, headliner, shampooing crevices and hard to reach spots. Depending on your expectation, we do offer add-on services to do some of these things. Please look at our detail packages to see more excluded items in each package.

Due to the nature of being a mobile detailer, we try to schedule our appointments in similar areas to keep our prices down. We do understand that things come up. We ask for three days notice if you need to reschedule. Please see the refund policy for more details.

We will do our best to let you know when we’ll be there. Our detailers will notify you with an estimated time of arrival when they leave their prior appointment. Upon arrival, our detailers will wait for ten minutes before your appointment will be considered a no show. We understand this could be an inconvenience for you but we need to be mindful of our next customers’ appointments.

Refund policy: Filling spots at the last minute is hard to do and leaves our team with a lot of down time between appointments. In order to keep our prices competitive, we require deposits for all appointments.

  • If you cancel at least one week before your scheduled appointment, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • If you cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment, you’ll be refunded 75% of your deposit.
  • Within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. *If your appointment is booked within 7 days, you still fall under the cancellation policy above.

Missed appointments: If we arrive at your home and you aren’t there, Rally’s Detailing will charge you the billable truck rate for the time scheduled for your appointment plus travel time. Other detailers charge you for the service lost.

If we have an unexpected problem and don’t make it to your house on the day we’re scheduled, you can choose between the following options:

  • If you reschedule your detail appointment, we will give you a $100 credit toward your service.
  • We will refund your deposit, plus we’ll credit you the billable truck rate for the estimated time it would’ve taken for the detail, which is the same rate we would’ve charged you if you’d missed the appointment.

If we miss our estimated arrival time window, we’ll let you choose one add-on option for free.

After our detailers are finished with your car, they will ask you to inspect their work to be sure you’re 100% satisfied. We highly encourage you to take the necessary time and give us the opportunity to fix anything and everything before we leave. We are humans and we do miss things but we have processes in place that include double checking our own work. We pride ourselves on our five star reviews. Please let us do what we need to do to get a five star review from you.

We offer both drop off and mobile services. If we come to you, we do require a hose bib to connect to. For any paint correction or ceramic coatings, we highly recommend coming to our service center. We have lighting with over 120,000 lumens in our shop so we can do the best job possible.

Sometimes. At Rally’s, YES! We only buy the best of the best equipment to do the job right the first time. With other detailers that buy inexpensive steamers, you’ll probably end up getting the same results as using soap and water. The benefits of steaming are it cleans at higher temperatures making it easier to break down dirt and grime while cleaning and sanitizing all the surfaces the deepest way possible. At Rally’s, we go one extra step. Before we use our steam, we spray all surfaces with Inner Clean to get you the best detail in Utah.

Yes. At Rally’s we believe in protecting our customers’ investments. For this reason, we have multiple policies in place. One policy is a garage keepers. The benefit of this policy is it covers your car as soon as we start working on it until we finish, including any unforeseen damage that occurs when we’re driving, cleaning, or moving equipment around your vehicle. The second policy is a general liability policy that will protect you doing business with Rally’s Detailing. Before you hire anyone to work on your car, we highly recommend that you check to be sure they have similar policies. If they don’t, your insurance will be billed if any damages are incurred while your vehicle is in their possession.

We only hire the best. We do our best to make sure our employees are great people and can be trusted with your vehicle. We pay and train our detailers better than industry standard and offer incentives when they do the job right the first time. We have found by doing this, our detailers take pride in their work giving the customer the best detail possible.

Yes! Auto car washes are a fast and convenient way to keep your car clean but the brushes cause a lot of surface scratches and swirls in the paint. As you’re driving, dirt and contaminates get into those swirls leaving the paint dull and damaged, and lacking in shine. The good news is, paint correction services can remove swirls left in the paint and restore the color and finish so your car can shine.
